Order Cancellation by TUNISIAN PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
-Product unavailability
-Incorrect pricing or product information
-Suspected fraudulent transactions
-Payment authorization failure
-Technical or system errors
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Cancellation by the Customer (Before Shipment)
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or shipped.
-If the cancellation request is received before shipment, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
-Refund processing time depends on the bank and may reflect in the next billing cycle.
Cancellation by the Customer (After Shipment)
If the order has already been shipped:
The order may still be cancelled, however a cancellation and processing fee of AED 25 will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
TUNISIAN PRODUCTS reserves the right to determine whether an order has been shipped. The customer agrees to accept this decision.
Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:
-Orders already delivered
-Perishable or food items after dispatch
-Customized or special-order products
-Orders placed with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Failed Delivery Due to Customer Error
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer:
-Any additional delivery or handling costs will be borne by the customer
-Cancellation in such cases may result in deduction of shipping and processing fees
