Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by the After-Sales Service team of TUNISIAN PRODUCTS.

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

-Product is dead on arrival

-Product is damaged or defective and not repairable

-Product is lost during delivery

-Product is unavailable after order confirmation (7–10 working days from payment authorization)

-Product cannot be repaired after inspection

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

-Change of mind after delivery

-Normal wear and tear

-Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

-Incorrect order placed by the customer

-Delays in delivery beyond our control

Refund Conditions

-Refunds are issued only after approval by the After-Sales Service team

-Each order is eligible for one refund only

-The product must be returned in its original condition, complete box, and packaging

-The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price paid

-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

Return of Products

-Products must be returned along with the Order Confirmation and Original Delivery Note

-Returned items must be in “as new” condition, unused, and with original packaging

-Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected

Refund Timeframe

-Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

-Online payments will be refunded to the same credit/debit card used for purchase

-Refund settlement is subject to bank processing timelines and usually reflects in the next billing cycle

Food Items

-Food products are refundable only in case of quality issues, damage, or wrong delivery

-Claims for food items must be reported within 3 days of delivery

-Fresh fruits and vegetables issues must be reported the next day of delivery

Home Delivery Refunds

-Home delivery items may be refunded only in case of non-delivery, subject to supplier’s written confirmation

-Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer are not eligible for refund
